Juli Greenberg is Assistant General Counsel on the Digital Payments Legal Team at Citibank N.A., where she advises Citi teams on regulatory and commercial issues related to emerging payment initiatives and strategic digital payment relationships, including consumer protection laws, data privacy laws, federal banking regulation and payment network rules. Prior to joining Citi, Juli was Corporate Counsel at Heartland Payment Systems, Inc., where she negotiated commercial contracts and advised on regulatory compliance related to developing payment technologies and strategic partnerships across many of Heartland’s payments-related business lines. Before joining Heartland, Juli was a litigator at Blank Rome, LLP, where she litigated contract disputes, business torts, labor and employment issues, and trademark and copyright infringement matters and advised clients on a wide range of commercial matters, including privacy and data security compliance.
